Our Piscina Apartment is such named as we share a pool in the apartment building located on Rua Henrique Tenriero, Santa Luzia. It is a lovely apartment block that is quiet but just a few minutes walk from the front in Santa Luzia. It is situated on the 2nd floor overlooking the road into the Church square in the village. It is one bedroom but has a spacious double bed that can sleep another person comfortably.

As with all the Casa do Mar properties it benefits from WiFi Internet TV and newly installed air conditioning. In addition, there are the usual facilities such as Washing Machine Micro Wave Oven, Gas Hob and Oven within a kitchen area that is superbly equipped with everything you will need to enjoyed your special holiday in Santa Luzia.

A large terrace area is ideal for the sun worshippers with chairs loungers and table. If the sun is too much sit or lie under the awning that will provide shade in the hotter months of the year.

The swimming pool provides a place to relax, cool off, get some exercise or just chill and enjoy the sun. It is regularly cleaned and maintained and there are loungers, and parking for you to use.

Linen/Towels/Cleaning

Bed linen, towels and final cleaning are included. Please note that beach towels and lounge covers are not provided although beach towels can be provided (on request) to rent at a nominal charge. Bedroom linen is changed weekly. The apartment is cleaned thoroughly before and after your stay.

Equipment available for guests includes: iron & ironing board, clothes horse & pegs, hair dryer.

Parking

If you decide to bring your own car or hire one for your visit, there is a parking space for you on request.
